The future picture 

Across the commercial sector in 2000, the vast proportion of energy consumed was for space heating. Lighting, catering and hot water had equal weighting as the next largest consumers.

From April 2008, the commercial sector will be required to produce, EPC’s on the completion, sale and rent of commercial properties.
