CarbonRight has achieved accreditation through BRE Global to undertake Energy Performance Certificates for commercial properties.The buildings can range from simple offices to more complex structures incorporating services such as air conditioning and low and zero carbon energy sources. From July, commercial properties over 2500sq.m for sale or rent will require an EPC.
